How involved will I need to be in the project?

We understand how busy life as a business owner can be. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back! While we’ll take care of the heavy lifting, we do require a designated point of contact, either yourself or a team member, to actively participate throughout the project.

Our most successful clients are those who are committed and set aside some dedicated time to work closely with us.

What types of clients does Luma Liz work with?

At Luma Liz, we have the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients. We primarily serve professional service providers (physicians, attorneys, contractors, financial experts, architects, etc) and creative service providers (photographers, copywriters, designers, hair salons, etc). We absolutely love working with people who are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their clients’ success.

‍It's important to note that we do not work with product-based businesses, coaches, or course creators.

While project durations can vary depending on the scope and complexity, on average, our projects typically last between 4 to 6 months. We want to ensure that we give your project the attention and care it deserves, without rushing through the process.

Please keep in mind that each project is unique, and we’ll provide you with a more accurate timeframe once we fully understand your specific requirements. Rest assured, we’re committed to delivering exceptional results within a reasonable timeframe.

Do you work with clients long-term?

Absolutely! We value the relationships we build with our clients and enjoy supporting them on their long-term journey to success.

In addition to our project-based services, we offer VIP Days for smaller standalone projects or those punch list items that need attention. And if it’s a good fit for both parties, we’re thrilled to provide retainer services as well.
