Before designing, we begin with a client questionnaire and research. This lays the foundation for a two-day strategy workshop, where we collaborate to define your brand’s purpose, refine your messaging, gain insights into your target audience, and set clear goals.
After the workshop, we compile these insights into a detailed strategy guide and outline your website’s structure and design. You’ll also choose a mood board and color palette that match your vision.
With your strategy, we begin preliminary designing. You’ll receive a proposal with one concept as well as collateral and digital mockups (so you can visualize what your brand would look like in the real world). With your honest feedback, we make any necessary refinements.
After final approval, we design your marketing materials and brand guidelines. These guidelines ensure that anyone can apply your brand assets correctly and consistently.
We’ll seamlessly incorporate your identity design into your homepage and present you with a static mockup for review. Once we receive your approval for the homepage design, we’ll transition to designing and developing the remaining sections of your website.
Upon completing development work, we’ll conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure your website functions smoothly across various devices and web browsers.
As we finish our project, we provide a guide and organize all your branding files in a Google Drive. We also schedule a 60-minute session to go over your website and answer any questions before we finish our time together.
We offer a 30-day support period to assist with any technical issues that may arise. For clients seeking ongoing assistance or additional services, we provide options like retainers and VIP Design weeks.
