The Client

Exceptional Urgent Care has been providing high-quality, individualized healthcare services to patients since 2004. With a team of six professionals, they offer same-day care, lab work, and essential tests to their patients. The organization has a deep understanding of the healthcare system’s frustrations and strives to provide a warm and welcoming environment for their patients.

The Strategy

To better understand our client’s brand, we conducted in-depth research to identify the key differentiators and develop a plan to help them stand out in their industry. We interviewed a select group of clients and surveyed their customers over a two-week period. We also reviewed the branding, websites, and Google reviews of other local service providers.

During a two-day in-person strategy workshop, we analyzed our findings to pinpoint the unique aspects of our client’s brand. This research helped us define their brand’s personality, including how it should look, sound, and act.
